Once you’ve completed the survey, you can proceed to book your consultation with our doctor. Please note that: Initial consultations are $59.00 Payment is required in advance to secure your booking.
Booking for Minors
For patients under 18, please email [email protected] before scheduling an appointment. When booking for a child or family member, please register the appointment under the patient’s name, not your own.
Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
