What you receive
A 20–30 minute secure video consultation with a New Zealand–registered clinician. During the appointment, your clinician will:
- review your medical history
- discuss symptoms or conditions
- assess suitability for medicinal cannabis
- provide treatment guidance and next steps
Delivery method
Your appointment is conducted via secure online video link. A confirmation email with your appointment time and access link will be sent after booking.
Important information
- A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
- All medical decisions are made by the clinician based on your individual needs and NZ clinical guidelines.
- Medication costs, if prescribed, are separate from the consultation fee.

Cancellation & refund policy:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment → full refund.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows → non-refundable.

- full review of your medical history
- discussion of symptoms and treatment goals
- assessment for medicinal cannabis treatment suitability
- clinical advice and next-step recommendations
Delivery method
Your clinician will call you at the scheduled appointment time using the phone number you provide.

- A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
- All prescribing decisions are based on clinical judgement and safety.
- Medication/pharmacy fees are not included in this consultation price.

A 10–15 minute follow-up consultation with your clinician to:
- review progress since your last appointment
- check treatment response
- adjust medication or dosage if clinically appropriate
- address side effects, questions, or ongoing concerns
Delivery method
This appointment can be completed by:
- Secure telehealth video, or
- Telephone, based on your preference
A confirmation email with details will be sent after booking.
Important information
- Follow-up consultations do not guarantee a prescription or dose change.
- Treatment decisions are at the sole discretion of the clinician.
