Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled by emailing [email protected] or calling 0508 CCLINIC.

• More than 24 hours before the appointment → full refund
• Less than 24 hours → may not be eligible
• Missed appointments → non-refundable

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if services have already been delivered.

Prescription Refunds

Consultation fees are for the clinical assessment, not the prescription outcome.
If a prescription is not issued, the consultation fee still applies.
