Delivery

Our Dispensary ships nationwide. Please note all shipments require a signature for delivery.  Once our clinical team has approved your order, it will be sent to our dispensary for dispatch within 2-3 working days.
Tracking Your Order?
We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order. You’ll receive tracking details via email, so please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case).
Multiple Shipments.
In order for our patients to get their medicine at the earliest time possible, we may ship items separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across multiple shipments when your order is charged.

Click and Collect

If you’ve selected Click & Collect at your preferred pharmacy, we’ll send you a text/email notification as soon as your medication is ready for pickup.
Important: To avoid any inconvenience, please do not visit the pharmacy until you’ve received our confirmation notification. We appreciate your patience and look forward to notifying you when your medication is ready.

Returns Policy

Please note that due to regulatory requirements, all medicinal cannabis product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you need to cancel your appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at [email protected] If your order has not arrived within 4 working days, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any delivery issues.
