2. Nature of Services Cannalogy Clinic provides medical consultations in compliance with New Zealand laws and clinical guidelines. These consultations may include discussions related to medicinal cannabis treatment eligibility and ongoing care.
We do not sell or supply medicinal cannabis. All prescriptions are issued at the discretion of a qualified healthcare practitioner and filled by licensed pharmacies.
3. Eligibility You must: – be 18 years or older – be a New Zealand resident or legally permitted to seek medical treatment in NZ – provide accurate and complete information during registration
4. Booking & Consultation Fees Consultation fees are displayed on our website and are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Fees may vary based on appointment type.
Any promotional or pre-registration pricing is valid only during the advertised period.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at [email protected] or calling 0508 CCLINIC.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will be refunded in full. – Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund. – Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

7. Patient Conduct & Clinical Decision-Making All clinical decisions, including eligibility for medicinal cannabis, are made solely by our health practitioners based on professional judgement and New Zealand medical standards.
Submitting a form or booking an appointment does not guarantee a prescription.
Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services.
8. Website Use & Payment Processing By using our website, you agree not to misuse or interfere with its operation.
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. We do not store credit card details.
